Dental Tips


  1. Make dental visits quarterly
  2. Day and night brushing is very important for oral hygiene
  3. Change your brush every three months
  4. Enjoy sugarless gums, chewing sugarless gums for 20 minutes after meals could help prevent tooth decay
  5. Avoid soda / aerated drinks as they can cause loss of calcium when consumed regularly use fruit juice, water or milk to quench thirst instead.
  6. Floss regularly. Flossing is something we all avoid, but when done regularly can help protect gums and keep teeth healthy.
  7. Update your dentist about your medical condition so that you can receive right treatment. Medications have an effect on your oral hygiene. Mouth is the mirror of your body.
  8. Change your brush after every cold or flue infection
  9. Do go for a dental checkup before your plan your pregnancy/ family.
  10. Do go for scaling once a year but no more than twice a year.
